Mr. Abdulrahman Ibrahim Alhouti
A prominent Kuwaiti lawyer and legal practitioner with more than 20 years of extensive experience across all fields of law. He earned his Bachelor of Laws. from Kuwait University (2002) and his Master of Laws. from the Middle East University in Amman, Jordan (2011).
Mr. Alhouti is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dar Al Muhama Law Firm, and currently serves as a Board Member of the Kuwait Society of justice. He is admitted to practice before all courts in Kuwait and is a member of the Kuwait Bar Association, the Arab Lawyers Union, and the International Association of Lawyers.
He is also an accredited arbitrator and a member of several local and regional arbitration centers, including the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, as well as arbitration bodies affiliated with the Chambers of Commerce in Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
With his profound expertise and specialized focus on financial, commercial, and intellectual property disputes, Mr. Alhouti is widely regarded as a trusted reference in the settlement of complex commercial and banking disputes at both national and regional levels.
